Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Dehradun to Sankri, passing through pine forests, rivers, and mountain villages. Sankri is a quaint village that serves as the base camp for the Kedarkantha trek. After arrival, check in to your guesthouse, enjoy a hot meal, and relax. After breakfast, your trek begins! The trail from Sankri to Juda Ka Talab winds through dense pine and maple forests, with occasional clearings offering panoramic views. Today’s trail is relatively shorter but steeper in sections. You will trek through snow-laden pine forests, with the majestic peaks of Bandarpoonch and Swargarohini coming into view. By afternoon, you’ll reach Kedarkantha Base Camp. From here, the summit peak is visible and looks absolutely stunning. Room Sharing: Accommodation on double/triple sharing basis. Single occupancy subject to extra charges.
Meals: Dinner on arrival day and breakfast on departure day included (as per itinerary). Extra meals, snacks, or beverages are chargeable.
Room Heating & Hot Water: Provided in some hotels and may be chargeable directly.
ID Proof: Valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License) mandatory for check-in.
Tent Accommodation: Provided on double/triple sharing basis. Single tents subject to extra cost.
Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeping bags & mats will be provided by the trek operator. Personal sleeping bags are allowed if preferred.
Toilet Facility: Campsites will have dry toilets/eco-toilets. Please maintain cleanliness.
Electricity & Charging: Limited or no charging facilities at camps. Carry power banks.
Weather Dependency: Campsites may be shifted or altered due to snowfall, weather conditions, or safety reasons.
Camp Rules: Smoking, alcohol, or drugs strictly prohibited. Littering at campsite or on the trail is not allowed.
Safety Measures: Camps will have a trek leader and support staff. Basic first aid is available. Trekkers are advised to follow the instructions of the trek leader.
Organizers hold the right to change hotels/campsites in case of non-availability, safety, or unavoidable circumstances.
Any damage to tents, sleeping bags, or hotel property by the participant will be chargeable.
No refunds will be made for unused services (meals, accommodation, or trek).
Please read the following vehicle policies carefully before booking. These terms will form part of your agreement with us.
AC will not work in hill areas (from Dehradun onwards, Rishikesh onwards, and while the vehicle is stopped/parked).
Vehicle will be used only for itinerary-based sightseeing and city limits.
For additional / off-route / optional sightseeing, extra charges apply (pay directly to driver).
No refund will be given if any sightseeing point is not covered.
All nearby sightseeing points must be covered together.
In case of a major breakdown, we will arrange a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
Minor issues may be repaired on the way; kindly cooperate.
In case of driver misbehavior or non-cooperation, contact the company immediately.
Driver working hours: 12 hours per day. Additional usage must be informed in advance.
Drivers will not drive in No-entry zones, narrow lanes, or risky roads.
In some hill areas, driving after sunset and playing loud music is restricted for safety.
Pickup and drop point will be one only (multiple pickups/drop-offs must be pre-confirmed in writing).
Multiple visits to the same sightseeing point may incur extra parking charges.
Tour routes cannot be changed without prior notice. Any amendment in route may change the cost.
Rates are subject to change with fuel price fluctuations. If diesel/petrol rises by more than 5% at the time of travel, the package cost will increase even if earlier confirmed.
If the booked car is unavailable, a similar vehicle will be provided.
At many tourist places (e.g. mall roads in hill stations), large vehicles are not allowed. Guests must hire local transport at their own expense.
Parking areas may be a short walk from sightseeing points; guests must reach on foot at their own cost.
No refund for short stays, unused services, or unveiled facilities.
No cancellation/refund due to circumstances beyond our control such as:
Natural calamities (landslides, snowfall, floods, etc.)
Roadblocks, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions
Flight/train delays or cancellations
Accidents, health issues, or emergencies
The company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal property during the tour.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India only.
